Steve is truly one of the best driving instructors in Norwich. He’s patient, kind, and incredibly good at understanding your strengths and weaknesses, tailoring each lesson to help you improve.
I genuinely looked forward to every lesson and always felt supported and confident. He explains everything clearly and makes even the most challenging parts feel manageable.

Best thing I’ve ever done was finding and choosing Gold Star, I learnt more with them in 8 hours than I did in any other previous driving instructors. He’s very patient and encouraging and he won’t leave you nervous or stressed with what new things you’re learning, gives you great confidence behind the wheel and will answer any questions you have. He teaches you everything necessary to drive and more. The price and time spent with gold star is worth it. I will always recommend Gold Star to anyone.

I started learning with Steve shortly after my 17th birthday and have just passed my test with Zero minor faults, all thanks to Steve’s teaching! I have absolutely loved every minute learning with Steve and looked forward to my lessons during the week. Steve is patient and understanding, and really knows his stuff. I could not praise him more it has been a real privilege to learn with him, I could not recommend him enough.
